Militza has spent decades on the island, raising her children here and building deep local knowledge and relationships. Together, we blend warm, Caribbean hospitality with a professional, no‑nonsense way of working. We don’t just sell homes – we guide you into a lifestyle and an island we truly know and love.
Our story
It didn’t start as a project. It started as home.
Paradise Estates was born from a family with Curaçao in its DNA. Militza’s father is from the island, and she grew up here surrounded by its colors, culture, and easygoing Caribbean rhythm. After studying in the United States, she chose to come back—not for a job, but because this is where life felt right.
Before becoming a realtor, Militza spent over 30 years working as an interior designer. That background gives her a rare eye in real estate: she doesn’t just see square meters, she sees flow, balance, light, quality, and potential. She understands how a property can become a true home or a high-performing investment that still feels warm and becomes a home.
As Paradise Estates was born, it naturally became a family business.
Mauro and Dimitri, the sons, both live on the island and lead the sales side of the company. Alongside real estate, they own two of the top restaurants in Curaçao – Sal the Kitchen and Taqueria Maya – which keeps them closely connected to the local community. Between hospitality and real estate, they don’t just know the market, they know the people. Their network reaches across the island, from long-time locals to newcomers discovering Curaçao for the first time.
Tiara spent 13 years in the Netherlands and now lives on the Costa del Sol in Spain, bringing a fresh European perspective to the brand. She leads marketing for Paradise Estates, making sure your property is presented beautifully and strategically to both local and international audiences.
